We pride ourselves on producing quality foals that have been given the right start in life. When you buy a foal from Rowan Creek you can rest assured that they have been handled correctly and firmly. They have all been taught manners, as well as a love of people. All of our foals are handled from day one and we continue to handle them daily and extensively. They will stand for the farrier/grooming, load and trailer. They were all trailering with their dams to and from the vet in the first weeks of life so haltering, leading and loading is all started very early on. The kids handle them quite a bit, as do my husband and I. They are all exposed to tractors, vehicles, dogs, you name it from a very early age. They all pony from our golf cart and farm ATV. They get "broke" to it all from the very start. In addition our foals are given the best start in life possible with lots of grassy pasture to run in, top quality feed, regular deworming and all of their vaccinations.
